I intend to upload linux to unstable in the next day or two.  This will
bring a new upstream version and associated ABI bump.

The packaging changes include:

  * Move config files from linux-source-<version> to an arch-dependent
    linux-config-<version> package
  * Remove remaining Python 2 (build-)dependencies
  * [arm64] enable RTC_DRV_PCF8563 for Odroid-C2
  * spi: Enable CONFIG_SPI_SPIDEV (Closes: #904043
  * Build with KBUILD_VERBOSE=1 by default
  * Replace the private patch system used for the orig tarball with
    support for the debian/copyright Files-Excluded field
  * [rt] Update to 4.18.5-rt3 and re-enable
  * [armhf, arm64] add the rt featureset, which adds support for
    PREEMPT_RT
