Looking at the lspci output you have a Xeon E3 from the 1200 series, but you could provide your full /proc/cpuinfo? You're running the system in 32bit mode, which KAISER/KPTI doesn't touch (so meltdown is *not* fixed), so I guess it comes from the preparation patches for KAISER rather than KAISER itself.
