In checking what my exciting new Olimex TERES-I laptop is capable of, I
notice that CONFIG_NVMEM_SUNXI_SID is disabled in its config.

The feature is available on all Allwinner SoC apparently, and documented
at <http://linux-sunxi.org/SID_Register_Guide>, so probably relevant to
enable both on arm64 and armmp kernels.

I don't have a crucial need for this personally, but wonder if harmless
to enable in case someone finds it useful.
