We have 1 machine where we see the same issue. We do not run any 
MegaRAID Storage Manager daemons. We only use storcli (called by Nagios) 
to monitor the array.

We have quite a few of these cards, and this is the only machine where 
we have noticed this issue. Other machines run fine for many months or 
years, while this one needs a reboot every +/- 3 weeks.

The only thing we can find that is different, is that this machine is a 
Xen Dom0.

I noticed that TS is also running Xen. Perhaps the issue is related to Xen?
