I have tried the following kernel: http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20160120T225934Z/pool/main/l/linux/linux-image-4.3.0-1-amd64_4.3.3-7_amd64.deb
It works for mounting a floppy. I will use this kernel as a workaround.
