The linux-perf-4.3 package is currently uninstallable in sid because it
depends on libperl5.20 while we're switching to 5.22.

The binNMUs scheduled by the release team failed with

  debian/bin/gencontrol.py
  md5sum debian/bin/gencontrol.py debian/changelog debian/templates/control.main.in debian/templates/control.source.in > debian/control.md5sum
  
  This target is made to fail intentionally, to make sure
  that it is NEVER run during the automated build. Please
  ignore the following error, the debian/control file has
  been generated SUCCESSFULLY.

  debian/rules:69: recipe for target 'debian/control-real' failed
  
so it seems to need sourceful upload to get rebuilt.
