Hello,
this is already fixed upstream in 6.1.191 by
0da9abd8ef9d ("scsi: lpfc: Fix use-after-free of mboxq in
lpfc_sli4_driver_resource_setup()")
which makes the same change as the patch attached to this report.
Please include it in the next bookworm LTS kernel upload.
I should have checked for a newer 6.1.y release before filing,
sorry for the noise.
