I would like to upload linux version 6.12.9-1 to unstable.

It imports one single stable version 6.12.9 containg as well a fix for
#1092187.

There are pending changes for the packaging:

   * [mips*] Increase RELOCATION_TABLE_SIZE to 0x00201000 (fixes FTBFS)
   * [rt] Update to 6.12.8-rt8

Regards,
Salvatore
