Bug#1077688: WebCam of ThinkPad T14s AMD G3 (174f:1812) does not work since kernel 6.9.1

The issue was caused by the existing usbguard configuration. A refresh
of existing configuration has resolved the issue.

Hence, the ticket can be closed.
