Hi

I would like to upload linux version 6.1.6-1 to unstable.

It consist of importing 6.1.5 and 6.1.6 and covering as well some
known assigned CVEs (CVE-2023-23455, CVE-2023-23454, CVE-2023-0210 and
CVE-2023-0266). Additionally cherry picking the fix for CVE-2023-0179.

An ABI bump is included.

Notably though there is no fix for #1028451, currently under
discussion if it should block transition to testing. We want to follow
closely here on upstream decision.

Other changes are adding further hardware support, one CVE fix and a
bugfix for cross-compilation:

  * Fix cross Build-Depends: Annotate python3 and python3-jinja2
    dependencies :native. (Closes: #1028184)
  * [hppa] Add i2c-modules udeb
  * [x86] Enable Intel Speed Select Technology as module (Closes: #1028344)
    - Enable INTEL_SPEED_SELECT_INTERFACE.
  * [amd64] Enable the Intel Data Accelerators performance monitor
    (Closes: #1028509)
    - Enable INTEL_IDXD_PERFMON.
  * [rt] Refresh "arm: Add support for lazy preemption"
  * Bump ABI to 2
  * netfilter: nft_payload: incorrect arithmetics when fetching VLAN header bits
    (CVE-2023-0179)

An ABI bump is for the moment required on every update due to the
issues in #1003210 or #1022202.

Regards,
Salvatore
