It seems to be fairly reliable.

I'll give that a go, starting with
* linux-image-5.19.0-2-amd64_5.19.11-1_amd64.deb
* linux-image-6.0.0-1-amd64_6.0.2-1_amd64.deb

I'm not certain how to bisect further. Which source and which kconfig 
should I use to build intermediate commits?
