It is being requested thai I build a kernel with the following patch: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=203529#c39 I have not built a kernel since the early 90's and have no clue where to start. I'm currently using: # uname -a Linux nyx 5.10.0-0.bpo.5-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.24-1~bpo10+1 (2021-03-29) x86_64 GNU/Linux It appears that this patch is just to collect some output from the driver/module. Hopefully someone has a better understanding than I and can offer some suggestions. thanks. -- john
