I'm assuming here it is relating to the
https://lists.debian.org/debian-kernel/2021/06/msg00066.html report,
thus adjusting the found version to 5.10.38-1.

Mikhail, we have only litte information here to sensibly tackle the
problem.

When you boot 5.10.38-1 do you get any usefull information logged in
the logs? Can you attach those to the bug?

Please try to boot without quiet (and splash), do you get more
information printed and indication where it hangs?
