Package: initramfs-tools
Version: 0.139
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

the net/usb kernel drivers are missing in the generated initramfs,
as they are excluded from auto_add_modules()'s net selection.
This means it's not possible to boot via PXE/network boot using
a USB WiFi driver (which isn't uncommon with recent generations of
notebooks, which no longer provide ethernet NICs).

I'll provide a patch/MR as soon I receive a bug number from the BTS.

regards
-mika-
