This module implements a base class for creating plugins for the swup
page transition library. Individual plugins import the base class
and extend it.

This package is a dependency for node-swup-a11y-plugin and
node-swup-progress-plugin, which in turn are new dependencies for the
elixir-ex-doc documentation generator. It is an auxiliary package.

I will maintain the package myself.
