SubjectBug#965970: transition: libgphobos

Package: release.debian.org
Severity: normal
User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org
Usertags: transition

These packages need rebuilding for gdc-10. Maybe it's safe to add an extra b-d
on gdc (>= 1:10.1) for the binNMUs.

cheesecutter hardcodes gdc-9, so binNMUs aren't enough here.

Also binNMUed dcontainers, gir-to-d, mir-core, mustache-d and
std-allocator on armel, armhf and s390x.

Cheers
