Well, I figured this might take a long time to get resolved.
We had to revert the updates on the affected servers for now.

We could do beta testing of new Debian packages before they are released,
to see if the problem is resolved or not.

You can test packages in *-proposed-updates. See package details at
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/mariadb

Hi,

We have been running MariaDB 10.11.14-0+deb12u2 for one week on the 
affected servers and the
issue has not reproduced during this time.
Usually it occurred one to five times a day on each server.

Since we can no longer reproduce the problem, please close bug 1101340.
