`dput -e 0` works around that part of the problem. I then ran into
another problem though:

Uploading to ssh-upload [DELAYED/0-day] (via scp to ssh.upload.debian.org):

This is a bug in recently refactored code, thank you for finding it. I will
correct that and get you to confirm the fix.

merge request proposing to fix this bug.

Can you try the resulting Dput package, and confirm whether it corrects the
behaviour in your case?

Hi,

I don't think I have any ssh options set - it was already failing on
the default case. I'd say just upload and I'll report back if it's
still failing.
