Note just in case: Such Salsa CI feature is currently broken and
building with nocheck build profile still installs all packages in
build-depends, including the ones with <!nocheck>.

But I have already sent them a MR to fix that:

so some day it will work as expected using the new salsa-ci.yml you
have just updated.
