dear FTP team:

(once the binNEW upload is accepted...)
src:pygithub renamed its binaries to comply to the Python Policy about
naming, so there is now cruft.
I'm filing this manually since there are 2 (build-)deps of
python-pygithub, which is instead now provided by python-github, and
since I think dak doesn't cope very well with virtual vs real packages I
think it needs a forced removal.

We are going to fix the rev-deps in the future anyway (one is already
ready to be uploaded once pygithub is accepted, the other will need a
bug report), but I'd like to see the old binaries removed.
