Source: aubio Version: 0.4.9-4.7 Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: debian-multimedia@lists.debian.org Dear Maintainer, salut piem, long time no see. 'aubio' has seen little love from you in the last 5 years. given that it is a build-dependency on a couple of key packages (like ardour), i needed to do multiple NMUs in this period. i would like us to face reality, and put the package officially under co-maintainership. i hereby suggest to salvage 'aubio' by multimedia-team, following the ITS procedure as outlined at [1]. as with other packages that you originally maintained and that i gradually took over (puredat, gem, pdp), i suggest to keep you as co-maintainer. the packaging repository would move to <https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/aubio>. mgfsard IOhannes [1] <https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/pkgs.en.html#package-salvaging>

Source: aubio Followup-For: Bug #1114989 Dear Maintainer, given that i have not received a response in 25 days and package salvage timeout is 21 days, I formally announce a friendly takeover of 'aubio'. d/control now reads: ``` Maintainer: Debian Multimedia Maintainers <debian-multimedia@lists.debian.org> Uploaders: Paul Brossier <piem@debian.org>, IOhannes m zmölnig (Debian/GNU) <umlaeute@debian.org>, Vcs-Git: https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/aubio.git Vcs-Browser: https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/aubio ``` i will upload an updated package (fixing "all" open bugs and issues) as soon as the CI job has succeeded. gfdmasr IOhannes
