Dear maintainer:

During a rebuild of all packages in unstable using gettext 0.23.2
(not uploaded yet), wget2 failed to build:

For your convenience, I'm attaching the patch (with some metadata)
to this message (please replace XXXXXXX by the real bug number,
which is unknown when I'm writing this).

Note: The patch is compatible with the current gettext in unstable,
and the idea is to fix wget2 before I upload the new gettext.

Hello.

The patch from Bruno Haible has been accepted by upstream.

I'm attaching a revised version of the patch with slightly better
metadata, namely:

- Description is now taken from the original commit.
- We now use Origin instead of Forwarded.
- Bug-Debian now contains the actual bug number.

Hi. After I finally uploaded gettext 0.23.2-1 for unstable, this
package now FTBFS.

I see that the package is mostly team-maintained lately, so I hereby
announce my intent to do a "team upload in the salsa group" with the
attached diff.

I'll put the changes in salsa (in two commits) and do the upload
tomorrow, but I'm not really sure how much should I wait before
proceeding. Maybe Shengqi Chen (as the previous team uploader) may
give some advice about that.
