Hi Simon, Thank you for your quick reply. Ahhh, cool. I missed this. Just keeping the bug in CC to get this conversation recorded. > Upstream still exists, but has not made any new releases. I'll ask him if he's still interested. I slightly remember Gard is open for Debian Science team work anyway. So my time is most probably not wasted if I create a repository there. In the worst case Gard can take over without using it. See you Andreas. -- https://fam-tille.de

I think the Science team is the best home for the package, so that sounds great. I won't be able to put any work in for a few weeks though, I still have quite a bit of other packaging pending that have been lingering since the Trixie freeze and release. If anyone else on the team has the time to at least get it moved into team maintenance, that sounds great as a start. Best, Gard -- Sent from my Android device with K-9 Mail. I've added you to Uploaders in
https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/sisl/-/commit/b81cf62b7863a8682e18f557c4ed9b5c0695324e
The package is ready for uploading if you confirm this is OK for you.
Kind regards
Andreas.
