The new package ‘python3-package-smoke-test’ contains a single-installation
version of the Python code for these AutoPkgTests. It allows maintaining
and improving that code in one place, not spread among many packages.

When this package is in Debian, I will be able to update dependent packages
to use this for their AutoPkgTest implementation.
