Dear Maintainer,

Since 14.0.0-1, emoji-data.txt file is no longer available.
This causes src:golang-github-mattn-go-runewidth FTBFS, since it needs this
file to generate emoji related information.

This file is in UCD.zip, so please include it.

I have uploaded NMU to delay/10 since it causes other packages FTBFS and they will be removed from testing soon.

Please tell me if I should cancel it.

This is now triggering removals of a number of packages. Could you
please include the emoji-data.txt

file to fix this? Humble request.
