According to stackoverflow, the fix is a small commit: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/66636441/pdf2image-library-failing-to-read-pdf-signed-using-docusign https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/-/merge_requests/749/diffs?commit_id=4f478daa6a9734b8f269a6586bdce2909844bb6f So perhaps this doesn't require a new version of poppler.
