Given that there's a separate mrtrix3 source package which is ported to
Python 3, should src:mrtrix simply be removed now?

I wished Michael or Yaroslav would answer this question.  I'm just
helping to maintain this package and do not have the slightest interest
in it - may be the interest to see it go to have less work ...

source package is the the best way forward.
