Dear Maintainer,

The attachment_reminder plugin is in the sid source 1.3.8, but does not get installed
by roundcube-plugins. It is a small relatively simple plugin that I didn't see a 
reason for leaving it out.

I have manually installed it since 1.1.5/jessie-backports with no issues apparent.

When the plugin is enabled it checks for keywords in the email body such as "attachment" and
when you click send it will prompt if you forgot to attach a file if no attachent is present.

Please consider adding it back to the roundcube-plugins.
