shell terminal became styled (bolded underlined text everywhere) after
running:
curl -I google.com

I experience this bug when using curl from i3 shell
(debian buster problem, no problem with stretch):

There is a fix in upstream:

temporary fix: no-styled-output in ~/.curlrc or run curl with
--no-styled-output
