Thanks!  I will now check if it doesn't introduce regressions and upload
(if all clear) backports to neurodebian

I do package betas sometimes whenever I know for sure I need them.
Probably not in this particular case/upload

removing is suboptimal -- debcheckouts would fail on debian stable etc.
So I "removed" the actual content and placed README pointing to new
location:
