Dear Maintainer,

Plank dock works (most of the time) when installed with no changes. 
However when a full screen window is open, somtimes it failes to show on mouse hover over plank area.
  
If I move the dock to the left side of the screen intelihide no longer works, period.

Note: In Ubuntu 20.04 plank 0.11.89-1 works as expected when placed on any side of the screen.
