Bug#1016105: systemctl complains about smtpd at start time

Version: 1.4.2-1

There were several complains about snmptt at boot time. Would
you mind to check, esp. the PID issue?

I am using snmptt to write traps to a log file for monitoring
via Zabbix, but if snmptt is not running the traps are lost and
the log file is silently not updated anymore. I have to rely upon
systemd here.
