Hi ftpmasters (cc Alexander and Rust team),

The Rust team choosing to not coordinate hew packaging with ITP
bugreports caused me to waste a day on duplicate work preparing new
package rust-tokio-rustls, already done by Alexander Kjäll.

The Rust team choosing to not use preferred form for modification as
upstream source but instead re-distributed auto-generated sources from
crates.io caused my package to trump earlier uploaded package instead
of clashing with it.

Therefore, please drop rust-tokio-rustls 0.23.4+ds-1 from NEW queue.

NB! Please (if possible) do *not* drop earlier released
rust-tokio-rustls 0.23.4-1.
