Dear Maintainer,

The libical-dev package on Ubuntu 21.10 (impish) does not provide CMake config files.

There's been a comment on this ticket which asked me to report the bug
here:

The Debian maintainer removed those in:
  https://salsa.debian.org/debian/libical3/-/commit/51ff45c7

... without documenting the change.
