Dear Maintainer,


lxc-create fails with the following error message caused by
sks-keyservers.net going offline, The lxc package currently in testing
includes a patch that fixes the issue by changing the keyserver from
pool.sks-keyservers.net to keyserver.ubuntu.com. This impacts both
oldstable and stable as of writing this.

Setting up the GPG keyring
ERROR: Unable to fetch GPG key from keyserver
lxc-create: demo-container: lxccontainer.c: create_run_template: 1616 Failed to create container from template
lxc-create: demo-container: tools/lxc_create.c: main: 319 Failed to create container demo-container

Temporary work around
Setting environment variable DOWNLOAD_KEYSERVER to a working keyserver
allows it to work as expected.
