Control: retitle -1 firefox: FF80 broke webext-* add-ons on existing profiles and new profiles after three restarts

I noticed that this 3 restart thing also applies to new profiles, so it
should be easily reproducible for everyone. This occurs both when using
a new HOME directory and when passing the -profile option to firefox.

Mike, could you try reproducing it on a new profile with 3 restarts?
