e caricando la versione a 64bit che mi funziona benissimo.

oltretutto è stato risolutivo, per cambiare i caratteri,alzare il numero 
dei pixel credo sia cosi, da 16 a 46 e i caratteri si sono tramutati con 
quelli che vedete in questo messaggio..

non so perché le versioni ultime chiedano questo trattamento

Attenzione con i gruppi mozilla* :
