come ha detto Giulia nel post sotto questo lo si può fare con 
un'espressione regolare, quindi anche con Sublime Text.
Anche se questa operazione tipicamente è roba da cat, sed, grep, ecc. 
quindi dovessi farlo io, installerei le UnxUtils 
(http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/) e troverei più comodo fare con quelle.
