He minted the classic philosophical statement "More is more" after not being able to understand "less is more". ;) He is also a collector of Ferraris. I think 8 years ago or so, he had a 1 hour show on swedish public radio talking about his life. Sadly it seemed based on his performance, that a fair nr of brain cells were on vacation. ;) Maybe he has lived too long in the US, but his swedish was quite bad. Divine guitar players though! Nothing can take that away from him! Here's an example of his poetry: Yngwie Malmsteen - You unleashed the fucking fury https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUFzzy1Qg5w . ;)

Did you ever think about getting one? Never. There are affordable models true, but the shop rate for repairs is astronomical, let alone the parts ordering time. But if I did: https://www.autoevolution.com/news/5-cheapest-used-ferraris-that-you-can-buy-right-now-223156.html Ferrari 456 GTA - $51,151 If the idea of an automatic, front-engine Ferrari is enticing, but you want something more modern and powerful, look no further than the 456 GTA. Launched in 1995 as the automatic gearbox version of the 456, the GTA was a gorgeous grand tourer built until 1998 in only 403 examples. Under the hood, it featured a 5.5-liter V12, good for 436 hp. Not only was it more powerful than the F101 EL it replaced, but the evolved engine sang an addictive tune that only twelve cylinders could produce. Performance-wise, the 456 GTA could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 192 mph (309 kph). When the 456 was introduced, those figures made it the world's second-fastest production four-seater, behind Porsche's legendary 959.

There was no V-12 in the front but a V-6 in the middle. The engines were made by Fiat. The beautiful, stout, chrome plated, handbrake lever was a Fiat part as was probably other parts of the car. The Old Man didn't want the car to be labeled a Ferrari and branded it as a "Dino" after his beloved first son. Poseurs love to call them "Ferraris." How dishonorable is that? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Q4jQLxgd7U

OTOH, I'm through with sporty cars. I just want bread and butter. Our RAV4 is bread with extra butter. I've never had to connect an OBDII scanner to it once. Oh what a relief that is. I checked out a Ford Transit recently. It looked like a work truck. If you've ever been in a work truck, you know what I mean. The weird part was that the suspension, steering, and drive-train, felt solid. It's a very strange feeling to feel something like that in such a setting.

Mr. Beerman somehow took all the road feel to a nation with pavement to rival the autobahns. Now they handle, but in that overboosted almost American power steering idiom. But I do know the RS7. I asked a colleague at one of my customers, he is from germany, about BMW and VW and his reply was "overpriced crap". It seems as if the quality has been going down the past decade according to him. I currently do not own a BMW, so I do not know from personal experiece.

That said now that VW has caught late cycle flat screen dashboard fever, he's right! Hiding physical controls behind haptic swipes is dangerous as Hell. > It seems as if the quality has been going down the past decade according > to him.
