BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. (Gray News) - A housekeeper in Florida is accused of assaulting her 83-year-old boss who allegedly refused to pay her a $500 Christmas bonus, according to authorities. Nelson then allegedly wrote a check for $1,400 and used the victim’s credit card to pay her rent and make other purchases, authorities said. Police arrested Nelson on Jan. 7. She’s facing more than half a dozen charges, including aggravated battery, robbery, forgery, fraud, passing a counterfeit instrument and grand theft, according to court filings reviewed by the outlet.
