Arguably it ceased to be an "official" group - whatever that means in
this context - many years ago, when Demon ceased to exist, or even
earlier when they withdrew support for Turnpike. I'm not aware of its
status having changed in the last year.
The annual posting summaries were a private project of Richard Clayton
who - along with Chris Hall (no relation) - was one of the two original
developers of TP back in the mid-1990s. The lack of such a summary this
year makes me a little anxious that something bad might have happened to
him.
