Hi comp.sys.transputer!

Just to let you all know that I've released the Inmos T414/T425/T800 Transputer VBC emulators for the macOS on my website. See:

It should be a simple task of downloading the file, unzipping it and then storing the executable file in the following location on your Mac:

/usr/local/bin/

That's unfortunate, why can't you share the code? It looked like it was 
based on previous open source effort, which is why I was hoping it would 
be available.

I'm not using your binary releases because I prefer to build things like 
this myself, and to run them on my NetBSD and Linux systems. I don't 
think there's much to be gained from keeping emulators closed for stuff 
discontinued 25+ years ago. (Though I do quite understand other 
circumstances, I have changes to projects I can't release without 
permission from my employer...)

Hello Chris et. all,

There are two versions of transputer emulator available on my website. The first is the jserver emulator which is a highly modified version of Julian Highfield's original T414 transputer emulator, supporting T414, T425 and T800 processors and multi-processor support. The second is the T414 / T425 / T800 VBC emulator which is re-written from the ground up by my very own hands, using the ucode code I extracted from the REAL transputers.

The source code for these two projects are not available for public release, only the execute code. These emulators (in particular the jserver) have been available for many years to the transputer community for free use.
