Helios runs on the Transputer, i.e. you need any host
suitable to boot the Transputer (e.g. a PC or SS+BBK-S4
in my case) and launch Helios on the Transputer. Afterwards
you can log into the Transputer and use the compiler directly
on the Transputer to compile code.
Unfortunately Ram's page with all the Helios stuff seems
