The parents of ZX Spectrum musician, ROM author, scribe and TV pundit were on BBC "Pointless" last night. [ Link to iPlayer only UK usually ] http://bbc.in/1V3Tftt Pointless is a quiz show hosted by two Cambridge Trinity graduates one of which is Clive Sinclair impersonator Andrew Alexander. Rupert's father Christopher is a retired Anglican vicar, who then became a pilot and translated the entire bible into limerick verse. Pushed for an example Christopher told co-host Richard Osman "You'll have to buy the book". It's available on Amazon with "Look Inside" :-) They didn't win the show so return tonight for a re-try when we will learn more about mum Doreen. I'm sure Rupert said somewhere that one of his parents had donated an invention to a museum.
