IIRC the Revo is most similar to the Psion 5. I think the Revo screen is 
a bit smaller, but whether that would cause a problem I don't know. I'm 
pretty sure that the Psion 3 version won't run on the Revo at all.

No a Psion 3 version won't work at all as it's a different OS and CPU, not 
sure if the Revo version will, it's been a long time since I had a 5 or a 
Revo.

But try the 5 version.
