Hi,
Just to let everyone know, I'm reading "Supercharged Javascript
Graphics" by Mr. Cecco, the guy who did Exolon, one of my all time
favourite games. I'm loving it as it's teaching me proper object-
oriented programming VIA game programming, which I always disliked
before. But the oldskool influence is very noticeable - he bizarrely
devotes some time to "2's complements", for example! It's just so
thrilling to see the psychology of a Spectrum games writer laid bare
before you - if only he had written a "Supercharged Spectrum Graphics"
back then, and if only I'd got hold of it! :)

I've never heard it before, and can't see anyone apart from you using
it, so it rather appears that it was you :-)

To me a 'tuple' (pronounced with a long or short 'U') is a data type
supported by languages such as Python and Haskell to bundle a small
number of values (usually two or three) into a single unit - like an
array, but non-mutable and more lightweight (you can't directly
concatenate two of them together, for example). Does that help...?

Pity it doesn't mention how to hunt down and kill idiots who keep spouting irrelevant off-topic bollocks to Usenet threads...
