No, the microspeech was an allophone based speech synthesiser for the
speccy.

I know that! I had one!

No, I meant the "micro command" thing. Seems vaguely reminiscent.

It was interesting the method the uSpeech used to mix it's signal in
with the TV picture. It was just a load of wire wrapped round the
aerial cable! Very much the Sinclair way of doing things.
