Well it's judging time I'm afraid, but before that give yourselves a big cheer for the final tally of 102 CRAP GAMES!
In judging something so subjective as this I've let the chuntey guide me almost entirely. If I could say before announcing the winners/losers I'd like to say a huge thanks to everyone who entered and joined in the banter on the way, it's been great fun.

Good luck to MykeP in hosting the 2014 comp, and I will be getting my own back on him with a crap game or two of my own!

If you can give me some sort of extract of the website it might mean
the games get added to the Crap Game Finder sometime this century.

Also, a complete archive of the games would be great as I can't be
arsed to individually download them all (and can't remember which ones
I've tried already either).

Yep will do a zip of all entries, any chance you could email me via the CGC email or let me know your email address? I've a few questions about the extract.

Thanks so much R-Tape for hosting the 2013 competition. I've enjoyed the entries as well as the reviews.

I popped in here to submit my incomplete entry before what I thought was a midnight closing. However, I'm sure I can get it into the 2014 compo if/when MikeP picks up the reigns.

I replied to R Tape last night, however, thought I'd better get a public response out there and so I've signed up for Google Groups and WoS (currently awaiting permission to post to the latter.)

I've never won anything before so I'm not sure what's involved in an acceptance speech. Google fails me with not a single "Crap Games Competition Winner Speech Generator" out there so perhaps there's a 2014 entry right there?

In the absence of anything poetic I'll just have to go with a firm; "Thanks" and echo the sentiments of c.s.s and the WoS forums in congratulating R Tape on a brilliant competition full of the fun and humour I've always associated with the Speccy community.

I've a few ideas and a fair bit of .php work to do, however, give me a couple of weeks and I'll be ready to announce the CSSCGC 2014 open.

Thanks again,
Myke-P

...unless you consider you have "won" the "overall loser" category.

Congrats Myke on 'winning'* and good luck. That'll learn you not to write good games!

*We're all winners in the CGC! (Or should that be losers?)

Good fun this year, first time I've entered. Got the bug now, so expect to see more in 2014 (first entry already in!)
