if you've poked a game and shared tips with friends then the Home Office has you down for a wrong'un.

This according to Techno Guido the "younger brother of Guido Fawkes".

But this was how we learned about how computers actually worked back then. I 
do not subscribe to the only use the calls we publish frame of mind. Of 
course one needs to be careful not to use hardware specific stuff on modern 
computers, but otherwise...
