Hi all,

What are the rules and regs on plugs on this board? I want to plug my Speecy ebook, but I'm not sure if it's the done thing on here.

UK-style 3 pin plugs, 13 Amp max. Must conform to the relevant
British safety standards.

We'd appreciate it if you kept usage purely for the operation of
Speccies, TVs (for Spectrum display only) and related peripherals.

Oh, *those* plugs. You will be liable to pay the Plug Tax to the
Authorities. It is currently set at the rate of Seventy-Five Pence
and One Packet of Rolos.

Oooh... what do we think, chaps? Personally, I'm rather partial to
them, but rules is rules[1], you know. I think, technic'ly, failure to
submit the statutory Rolos and providing substitute sweetmeats to which
one of the regulars is rather partial might, technic'ly you understand,
come under the heading of bribery and corruption.

[1] And Rolos is Rolos.

A Munchie is worth INT 2 Rolos in my book.

But put a bit of biscuit in the middle of one and it'd be a whole different ball game.

(Off topic: I'd like to hear about the Speccy E-book!)

The Speccy what? I thought we were talking about plugs and rolos. Who
mentioned an E-book? Sounds quite interesting!

Yes, they're allowed. Don't mind us. C'mon... what about this eBook,
